The terms, inplain English.
This page says what the website is for and what it is not. It is short because the site only describes the shop. Anything that binds anyone happens at the counter, over the scale.
There is nothing here to sign and no box to tick. These few clauses say plainly what this website is and what it is not, and they are the whole of the terms.
Information, not an offer
Every page on this site describes the shop: the gold in the cabinet, the work the bench takes on, the way a set comes together before a wedding. None of it is an offer you accept by clicking. There is no cart, no checkout and no way to buy online, so nothing you do on these pages forms a sale. A sale happens one way only, at the counter, over the piece itself.
Nothing here is a price
Gold is repriced every day, which is why no figure on this site is a price and nothing in the shop wears a ticket. Every piece is weighed and quoted in front of you at the day’s rate, on the day you ask. How the pricing works walks through the arithmetic.
If this website and the counter ever disagree, the counter is right.
The words and pictures are ours
The writing, the photographs and the design of this site belong to the shop. Read them, print them, send a page to your mother, keep a picture of a bangle you are thinking about. All we ask is that they are not lifted to dress up someone else’s listing or catalogue.
We fix what is pointed out
We try to keep these pages true: the hours, the work the bench does, the way the gold is explained. Websites drift, and we would rather hear about a stale line than leave it standing. If you spot one, tell us and we will set it right.
Your rights, untouched
Nothing on this page limits any right you have under Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here asks you to give one up. These terms are read under the law of South Australia, where the shop stands.

The privacy page covers what this site collects about you. The short answer is nothing. The shop itself is on Prospect Road in Kilburn, open Tuesday to Sunday.
